The all new MT800B Series utilizes the same fundamental tracks system found on the predecessor, with some important tweaks, including new engines and a new model.

The all new ACERT CAT engines use better control of the combustion process through changes in fuel delivery, electronics, and air management to reduce engine omissions, therefore producing a more efficient engine.

The introduction of the MT875B tractor, rated at 570 engine horsepower, brings home the title of the Highest Horsepower Mass Produced Tractor in the World.  Whilst comfort has been increased through reductions in cabin noise levels.

How Many Hours A Day Do You Spend In Your Machine?

24 hour operation of machines is not uncommon among many farmers, making their office the tractor for over 6 months
of every year. So why would you drive a tractor that does not offer the comfort and amenities that are found standard in
corporate offices?

The first thing you will notice when you take a seat in the MT800B Series is the impressive size of the cabin, stretch out and experience the 108 cubic feet of space. But a comfortable working environment should not only be spacious but it should also be quite, that’s why you will notice an approximate 2 db noise reduction in the MT800B Series over the previous model.

Ergonomic placement of controls, air suspended seat featuring 12 different adjusts, automatic Surround-Flow™ 12 vent system, tinted windows, a panoramic view are all standard features to reduce the
fatigue of operators who spend long hours in their machines.

Do You Spend All Day Getting Thrown Around In The Seat Of Your Tractor?

Rough fields can drain operator efficiency and stamina, which most certainly results in reduced productivity and increased operator errors. The unique Mobil-trac™ system provides superior traction but is also the key to offering the softest ride in
the industry.

The Opti-Ride™ Suspension system cushions every bump or ridge through rubber and fabric Marsh Mellow™ spring which allow each track to rise up and down independently. Further to this each track contains suspended mid wheels which allow the track to mould to the surface which significantly reduces the number of shocks that are absorbed by the marsh mellow springs.

Concerned That Wheel Spin Is Increasing Engine Wear, Fuel Consumption And Reducing Productivity?

Three decades of experience has enabled Challenger to design a track system that delivers more power to the drawbar than their equivalent horsepower tractor counterparts.

It is thanks to the longest wheelbase in it power class, five axle design Mobil-trac™ system, and scientific weighting options that track slip is almost non existent and compaction is reduced significantly.

Lower rolling resistance is a bonus from this system which results in greater power efficiency and improved fuel efficiency.

Is Your Tractor Up To The Challenge Of Providing Maximum Productivity Now And Into The Future?

The advancement of ACERT Technology into track tractors 3 years ago saw significant increases in efficiencies through reductions in fuel consumption whilst being able to pull a wider and heaver load.

The new MT800B engines use advanced ACERT technology to not only meet Tier 3 engine regulations but also improved engine responsiveness, reduced engine wear, and optimized fuel efficiency.

The recent advances in ACERT technology include the introduction of ADEM 4 Electronics and a new HEUI fuel system. This system is
unique to Caterpillar® and should not be confused with exhaust gas re-circulation (EGR) as used by some competitors.

Have You Grown To Rely On Electronics?

Computers are great while they are working, that why the MT800B Series tractors used the same electronics that Caterpillar have developed over the past 100 years to ensure maximum reliability.

Whilst this electronic system has significantly increase the performance of the tractor it also facilitates information transfer between the operator, tractor and the implement. Vital performance and diagnostic information are shown in an easy to read graphic format on the TMC display screen on the MT800B series.

One-Touch™ Management for simultaneous control is also part of the intuitive electronic system allowing you to execute a myriad of functions with the touch of one key. Whilst power management control, also featured on the previous model has already significantly reduce the fuel consumption for many Challenger customers.

How Demanding Are Your Implements?

Would hydraulic flow of 224 lmp meet your needs? Or would a lift capacity through the entire lift range of 8,845kg be more appealing? Steerable 3-point hitch maybe an option that will suit your operation if you require greater steering control in narrow gauge applications.

Whilst a wide swinging drawbar standard on models without 3 point hitch assist in tillage applications allowing the implement to turn with the tractor.
